    Terms and Conditions

    Accumulating Points
    1. Every $10 spent accumulates 1 point.
    2. Members must present their membership card when paying the bill.
    3. Membership and frequent diner points are not transferable.
    4. If members do not have their membership card, we will request to see their HKID card, and points will be awarded within 14 days. The reward points will be shown on the membership card at their next visit (after at least 14 days have passed).
    5. Points are not redeemable if members cannot provide membership card or identity card.
    6. Accumulation is based on the actual amount paid in cash or credit card, not including any discounts, or redemptions.
    7. Payment by gift certificate will not be entilted to earn any points.
    8. No points are rewarded for delivery service orders.
    9. Frequent diner points are valid for one year.

    Redeeming Points
    1. Each point can be redeemed for $1.00.
    2. Members may redeem points when they accumulate 100 or more frequent diner points.
    3. Members must present their membership card when settling the check.
    4. The redemption discount does not apply to the service charge.
    5. Points cannot be redeemed for cash, redeemed points will be deducted from the member's account.
    6. Any dispute will be subject to the final decision of Fat Angelo's Management.

    Lost or Damaged Card
    1. Lost or damaged cards can be reissued with a handling fee of HK$20.
    2. Members may visit any Fat Angelo's to request a new card which will be mailed within 14 days.

    Special Redemptions and Accumulations
    1. Special promotions will be run at different stores and we will notify our members by email.
